Rossi & Zorzanello, represented by CEO Eduardo Zorzanello, will participate in the presentation of the Silvia Zorzanello Trophy in memoriam to the State of Alagoas on the 21st of this month in Madrid, Spain. The ceremony will take place during Fitur 2026, one of the largest tourism fairs in the world.

The award, granted by the Excelencias Group, recognizes destinations that stand out for their contribution to the development of tourism. Alagoas was selected by an international jury formed by personalities from the fields of tourism, gastronomy, and culture, chaired by José Carlos de Santiago.

International recognition reinforces Alagoas' prominence as one of Brazil's most desirable destinations, driven by its coastline of crystal clear waters, natural pools, coral reefs, and landscapes of great environmental value, as well as a tourist offering that combines sun and beach, culture, gastronomy, and hospitality. Destinations such as Maceió, Maragogi, São Miguel dos Milagres, and Barra de São Miguel position the state as a benchmark in northeastern Brazil, attracting visitors from Brazil and abroad, significantly boosting the tourism production chain.

Created in 2011, the Silvia Zorzanello in memoriam Trophy category pays tribute to the co-founder of Rossi & Zorzanello and an important leader in Brazilian and Rio Grande do Sul tourism. The award bears her name in recognition of her historic contribution to the development of tourism, the promotion of destinations, and the integration of Brazil into the global market.

With this award, the state joins a select group of destinations recognized worldwide for their contribution to tourism, reinforcing its image as a land of opportunities, experiences, and cultural connections.
