Eduardo Zorzanello promotes Festuris and Gramado at FITUR 2026 in Madrid

Participation in a trade fair of this size reinforces Festuris' internationalization strategy and the recognition of the city of Gramado.

The CEO of Festuris - Gramado International Tourism Fair, Eduardo Zorzanello, is in Madrid, Spain, participating in FITUR - International Tourism Fair, one of the most important events in the sector worldwide. Held between January 21 and 25, 2026, FITUR brings together more than 10,000 companies from around 160 countries at the IFEMA MADRID exhibition center, consolidating its position as one of the main global platforms for promotion, knowledge, and business for international tourism.

In this 46th edition, the fair presents several innovations, such as the new Knowledge Pavilion, spaces dedicated to debates, trends, and experiences, as well as programs that promote technology, sustainability, and networking among the main players in the global tourism sector.

For Eduardo Zorzanello, participation in the event goes beyond institutional presence: it is a strategic opportunity to expand the international projection of the 38th Festuris, which takes place in November in Gramado (RS), one of the most traditional tourism events in Latin America.

“The movement here is incredible. There are 160 participating countries, which gives you an idea of the scale of FITUR. FITUR is simply one of the largest international tourism events, and for us at Festuris, it is a great opportunity to prospect new customers and absorb market trends. This year, here in the America pavilion, in addition to Brazil, we have Mexico as a featured country,“ emphasizes Zorzanello. He adds: ”That's what FITUR is all about, a tour of the five continents. In the corridors, you encounter accents from all over the world, and Festuris is here seeking to learn about new projects, new markets, understand what the world is thinking, and learn about trends."

Participation in a fair of this size reinforces Festuris' internationalization strategy and the recognition of the city of Gramado as a solid case of international tourism, whose brand and experience already attract visitors and businesses from all continents. Zorzanello's presence at FITUR's rounds of meetings and panels also strengthens networking with operators, agencies, authorities, and foreign destinations, contributing to the repositioning of Brazil and Gramado as protagonists on the global tourism scene.
