Festuris Projects the Future of Tourism with a Focus on Innovation and Exclusivity

Under the theme Reimagining Tomorrow, the 37th edition is officially launched. The Event takes place in Gramado from November 6 to 9.

The 37th Festuris – International Tourism Trade Show of Gramado – was officially launched this Tuesday (12) at Instituto Caldeira, in Porto Alegre, accompanied by a performance from the Cambará Harp Orchestra. With the theme Reimagining Tomorrow, Festuris 2025 will be held from November 6 to 9 at Serra Park in Gramado, bringing together high-level business opportunities, premium content, and strategic connections.

With more than three decades of history, Festuris Gramado continues its mission to connect brands, destinations, and people, consolidating itself as the most effective tourism business fair in the Americas. In 2024, the fair gathered over 15,000 professionals, 2,700 exhibiting brands, and 53 international destinations, generating around R$ 480 million in business. Expectations for 2025 are to exceed these figures. With a 98% approval rate, the event also stands out for its eight content stages and strong media reach, with more than 500 accredited journalists.

In 2025, Festuris will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Luxury Area, an exclusive Area dedicated to high-end tourism brands and experiences. Recognized as a benchmark in the sector, the environment annually hosts leading national and international names, offering qualified networking, sensory activations, and trend curation.

“With each edition, we strive to deliver even greater results for the market. Festuris is recognized as a strategic business environment where important decisions are made and partnerships are forged. In 2025, we aim to expand this impact further, connecting top-level professionals in an environment that fosters concrete opportunities,” says Eduardo Zorzanello, CEO of Festuris.

The launch event brought together government officials, tourism entrepreneurs, and media professionals, including the Secretary of Tourism of Rio Grande do Sul, Ronaldo Santini; State Deputy Joel Wilhelm; RS Secretary of Innovation, Science and Technology, Simone Stulp; Porto Alegre’s Secretary of Economic Development, Tourism and Events, Fernanda Barth; Acting Mayor of Gramado, Luia Barbacovi; President of Gramado’s City Council, Ike Koetz; and ABAV/RS Administrative Vice President, Rita Vasconcelos. The event was also attended by the Consul General of Italy in Rio Grande do Sul, Valerio Caruso.

Restoring Tourism Identity

The Hortênsias Project, an initiative aimed at restoring Gramado’s tourism identity with a focus on strengthening local hospitality, was presented during the ceremony. Inspired by the city’s symbolic flower, the project has a cultural and educational appeal and will launch in 2026 with activities in local schools. Students will be invited to take part in lectures, technical visits, and meetings with tourism entrepreneurs, reinforcing the sector’s role as an economic, social, and cultural driver for the region.

“The hydrangea (Hortênsia) represents much more than beauty for Gramado. It symbolizes the beginning of a transformation, when the city began positioning itself as a tourist destination. With this project, we aim to pass on this legacy to future generations, engaging schools, the community, and local entrepreneurs,” says Marta Rossi, CEO of Festuris.
