Described by the magazine as “a symbol of female entrepreneurship in Brazilian tourism,” Rossi is credited as a driving force behind two landmark events: the Gramado Tourism Festival (Festuris) and Chocofest. Her career, marked by vision, courage, and sensitivity, has made her one of the most respected voices in Latin American tourism.
In her response, Rossi said:
“I was deeply touched by this recognition. To be included alongside so many leaders I admire fills me with pride and gratitude.”
Alongside Silvia Zorzanello (in memory), Rossi co-founded Rossi & Zorzanello Eventos, the company behind Festuris Gramado. Over more than three decades, Festuris has positioned Gramado as a global hub for tourism business and innovation. Today, under Rossi’s joint leadership with Eduardo Zorzanello, the event attracts delegates from dozens of countries.
Beyond event management, Rossi is a vocal advocate for sustainability and professionalization in tourism, promoting inclusion, innovation, and best practices across the industry.
The Diário do Turismo feature underscores her role as a trailblazer and her lasting impact on tourism’s development as an economic and cultural force in Brazil.
