Recognized as one of the leading female figures in Brazilian tourism, Marta Rossi, a businesswoman from Gramado and CEO and founder of Festuris—the Gramado International Tourism Fair—was among those honored during the 60+ Tourism Expo Forum, held this week in São Paulo. The honor took place during the “Destaque 60+” ceremony, created to recognize individuals who have contributed and continue to contribute significantly to the development of national tourism and who remain active in the industry after turning 60. The recognition celebrates prominent figures and founders who helped shape the history of tourism in Brazil, highlighting careers marked by legacy, inspiration, and ongoing contributions to the sector. Visibly moved during the tribute, Marta Rossi expressed her gratitude for the recognition alongside key figures in Brazilian tourism. “I feel very honored and moved to be among these giants who are being honored tonight. I am grateful to God for allowing me to reach this point. A big thank you also to everyone who believes in and validates our work so that I can continue moving forward and building this new future,” she said. In addition to Marta Rossi, Guillermo Alcorta, Arnaldo Franken, Carlos Eduardo Alves (Cadu), Chieko Aoki, Guilherme Paulus, Roberto de Lucena, and Walter Feldman were also honored, among other prominent figures in the sector.
