Aligned with this year's theme, "Real Relationships That Build the Future," Meeting Festuris reinforces its mission of delivering knowledge, inspiration, and meaning

Meeting Festuris has begun unveiling the first confirmed speakers for the content program of the 38th Festuris – Gramado International Tourism Fair. Featuring two mornings of keynote sessions on November 13 and 14, the conference will bring together experts from a wide range of fields to discuss the challenges, trends, and transformations shaping tourism, business, and society.

Aligned with this year's theme, "Real Relationships That Build the Future," Meeting Festuris reinforces its mission of delivering knowledge, inspiration, and meaningful connections by bringing together nationally recognized professionals whose careers have made significant contributions to fields such as economics, communication, management, leadership, innovation, compliance, public safety, and inclusion.

Among the first confirmed speakers is Major Cláudia Maldaner, Chief of Staff of the Hortênsias Regional Command for Ostensive Policing (CRPO) in Gramado. Holding master's and bachelor's degrees in Law, as well as a degree in Military Sciences, the Rio Grande do Sul Military Police officer will share her expertise in leadership, public safety, and management.

Another featured speaker is Dr. Fabiano Machado, an attorney specializing in Compliance and Corporate Crisis Management. An author, professor, keynote speaker, legal commentator for CNBC Brasil, and coordinator of the Audit Committee of the UN Global Compact Network Brazil, he is widely recognized for his expertise in corporate governance, ethics, and strategic management.

The program will also feature Flavia Zülzke, Chief Marketing Officer of Deville Hotels, responsible for the marketing and sales strategies of Deville Hotels as well as the international franchises Marriott Airport Guarulhos and The Westin São Paulo. With extensive experience in the tourism, entertainment, and aviation industries, she has held positions at companies including Avianca Brasil, Live Nation, Sony Music, and Cultura Inglesa.

Economic perspectives will be presented by journalist Giane Guerra, from Grupo RBS. Specializing in economics and finance, she is recognized for translating complex topics into accessible content on investments, financial management, budgeting, and economic trends, helping audiences make informed decisions.

The program will also feature an inspiring conversation on inclusion and social transformation with HeyDoc! and Sandra Gabriel. A well-established electronic music artist in Brazil and internationally, HeyDoc! reshaped a successful career after being diagnosed with autism and now uses music as a platform for awareness and social impact. Joining the artist will be Sandra Gabriel, physician, entrepreneur, and mother, who transformed her personal experience into a mission dedicated to supporting autistic individuals and promoting inclusion.

Journalist, broadcaster, podcaster, and keynote speaker Luciano Potter is also part of the lineup. With more than 25 years of experience in communications and over 5,000 interviews conducted across radio, television, newspapers, digital platforms, and major national and international events, Potter will address topics related to communication, human connections, and the importance of active listening as a tool for leadership and relationship building.

The topics of each presentation will be announced soon, completing a program designed to inspire new perspectives on the tourism industry, strengthen networking opportunities, and expand the knowledge of professionals attending Festuris.

Now in its 38th edition, Festuris will take place from November 12 to 15 in Gramado, Rio Grande do Sul, and has established itself as the most effective tourism business trade show in the Americas. In 2025, the event brought together 64 international destinations, more than 2,500 exhibiting brands, and generated BRL 552 million in business, reinforcing its leading role in creating opportunities for the tourism sector.

Under the theme "Real Relationships That Build the Future," the 2026 edition encourages reflection on the value of human connections in an increasingly dynamic and technology-driven marketplace, demonstrating that innovation, development, and sustainable growth are built on strong relationships, trust, and collaboration.
